Sastojci

750g brašna

pola kašike soli

240l mleka

2 kašičice suvog kvasca

3 jaja

4 kašičice šećera

130ml ulja

oko 70g margarina

1 jaje za premazivanje

susam za posipanje

 

U toplo mleko dodajte šećer i suvi kvasac i ostavite 3-5 minuta da se kvasac aktivira. U brašno dodajte so, jaja, ulje, kvasac i zamesite testo. Ostavite da lepo naraste (dok ne popuni posudu) i podelite na 2 loptice, gde je jedna veća od druge. Veću lopticu podelite na 4 dela, a manju na 5. Otopljenim margarinom premazujte razvaljane loptice  ređajte ih jednu preko druge. Četvrtu lopticu ne premazujemo. Testo stavite u margarinom namazanu tepsiju i secite na 8 delova ( ali ne do kraja). Svaki deo prevrnite na stranu i teme ćete dobiti latice, a sredina će ostati prazna. Od preostalih 5 loptica 4 iskoristite na isti način i staviti u pleh, u sredinu, a poslednju petu lopticu razvaljajte, namažite margarinom, zasecite i rolajte tako da dobijete pupoljak koji ćete staviti u sredinu testa. Pogaču premazati umućenim jajetom i posuti susamo. Peći na 180 stepeni, u dobro zagrejanoj rerni oko 40 minuta. U nastavku se nalazi video sa detaljnim objašnjenjem celog postupka. Add the sugar and dry yeast to the warm milk and leave for 3-5 minutes to activate the yeast. Add salt, eggs, oil, yeast and dough to flour. Leave it to grow nicely (until it is filled in) and divide it into 2 balls, where one is larger than the other. Divide the larger ball into 4 parts, and smaller at 5. Melted margarine coat the balls roll over one another. We do not paint the fourth ball. Put dough in margarine and spread on 8 parts (but not the end). Turn each section aside and the themes will get the petals, and the middle will remain empty. Use the remaining 5 balls in the same way and place it in the bowl, in the middle, and roll the last five balls, grease the margarine, seal and roll, so that you get a bud that you put in the middle of the test. Sprinkle Pogaču with a dried egg and sprinkle with sesame. Bake at 180 degrees, in a well-heated oven for about 40 minutes. Below is a video with a detailed explanation of the whole process.
